How do i no for sure its Asthma,3yr old

My daughter,3, regularly suffers from bronchitis or viral infections. Every few weeks she is on an antibiotic. The doc has suggested that it might be asthma but how do i know for sure that its asthma? Are there tests we can perform? I dont want her to be treated for asthma if the doc cant definitely and without a doubt tell me that she has asthma. She has been on an probiotic for almost a month but has also had another bout of bronchitis. The medicine is up but the coughing still persists and is really bad in the middle of the night. I have also read that some children out grow these type of chest related illnesses. What must i do?

From just one little sentence in your question I can tell you for sure that your daughter has asthma. This is where you say that 'she coughs badly in the middle of the night'. This is typical of asthma. There are several ways to confirm the diagnosis and all paediatricians are trained to recognise and treat asthma in children. Your daughter must come off all these antibiotics, she does not have bronchitis. She has asthma.

pretty much in your shoes, plse don' y let anyone bully you into life long treatments until they can undoubtedly prove it is asthma.
