HIV

My wife and I are staying with an Hiv infected person since last year sep, she was coughing but did not want to consult antil last month.She tested positive.We have 3 children with ages 12month, 3yrs and 6 yrs.How best can we protect the children from TB and other infectious diseases.She is taking TB treatment for the 2nd week.
