Hitting and fighting with teddy bears!!!

Hi doc,
Dont know if I should worry, my 4 yr old boy is really wild, broke his color bone when he was just 2, he is always jumping and running and kicking (playing), he eats well, sleeps well, and is a very good boy and always helpfull where he can be (like putting his plate away...picking up a toy). Thing is he really is super wild, he fights so terribly with his teddies, he will sometimes jump on us as well during play and really hurts a person...
Is this cause for concern? Or is this just...boys???

This does not sound as if your son's behaviour can be simply called boyish behaviour. Your son seems to have an aggressive streak which is of concern. It would be best to speak to a child psychologist at this stage.
