High Fever

HI

my daughter is 13mnths old - she started with a fever on teusday night that were 39 degree' s. took her to a pharmacist yesterday who gave me setpill' s and said that i should check her fever - this afternoon i were in the sun with her for less than 20min got home and her fever went back to 39 degree after it were 36.6 degree this morning before i left home. When i took her to the pharmacy just now they told me it could be measels - is it possible? she have somewhat of a runny nose but not that bad.

It is certainly possible that your bay is about to develop baby measles which is also known as Roseola.Only give her Panado infant drops for the fever and make sure that she takes her feeds and fluids well. The rash usually appears after 3 or 4 days of a high fever.
