HELP: 7 weeks old: large watery cement like stools!!

My baby is 7 weeks old, used to have daily yellow stools now past week every 2-3 days its large watery cement like stools. My babay also seems to be hungry all the time, want to drink every 3 hours the past 2 days, but then bring some milk up when burped. Can something be wrong, is he overfed or what? He is bottlefed with Nan.

It is difficult for me to help you without being able to see your baby and the stools that he is passing. It is possible that these stools are due to overfeeding, but sometimes pale almost white stools may mean that there is no bile reaching the intestines. This occurs in a condition called biliary atresia.Just to be on the safe side please ask the nursing sister at your nearest baby clinic to see your baby and these unusual stools or alternatively your paediatrician can also assist you.

As per my previous posting, my 7 weeks has cement-lik stools, it' s not white but greyish/green, so the colour is normal, it is just a lot &  watery. He is also very hungry, must I change from nan to maybe Lactogen? I read somewhere that around 7 weeks some babies are no longer satisfied with the whey milk (Nan) &  require something more such as Lactogen, should I give it a try? I don' t want to give him more milk than required per weight, but rather change to bulky formula.
