Hi, My son is 8 wks old and havent settled yet he is very restless he cries and nags all the time with the six weeks checkup his Paediatrician said it was colic but I am worried because he nags all the time he never sleeps for very long. He drinks breast and Nan HA. We have tried Telement Drops, Gripe Water and Sister Lilian''s nothing seems to help, is there anything else I can try, or is there something else wrong with him. You have tried all the simple treatments for colic without success. You have tried a low allergy fomula also without any success. The two remaining possibilities with your baby are either that he may have a severe lactose intolerance or he may have a reflux problem. Try him on a lactose free formula such as NAN LF and see if this helps him. If it makes no difference then ask your paediatrician to see your baby again as he should be examined for possible reflux.

Ahhh Kelly, i so feel for you, i had the exact same thing, tried everything, even a chiropractor, nothing worked. my LO also started at about 8 weeks and the crying and niggling switched off like a light at exactly 3 months. All i can say is try what ever you can, but give the stuff a chance to work, dont try it for one day and say it doesnt work, try it for at least 3 to 4 days, give the stuff a chance to work. Sorry, not much help as nothing worked for us. Also ask your chemist sometimes they have thier own mixtures that they make up

Hi there. Try Bennett''s Colic Mixture, it works like a charm.
