help

I have a two year old baby boy, his private parts balls dont stay in their bag. every morning when I bath him they are not there when I touch him. is it gonna affect him when he grows up. Please tell if he needs a medical attention.

You are correct your little son's testes should be in his scrotum by now. He appears to have what is known as 'retractile testes' where the testes tend to pull up out of the scrotum all the time. His testes must be in the scrotum,so your son may need a very small operation to correct this problem. Please ask your paediatrician to see your son and to refer you to a paediatric surgeon if necessary.
