dear Dr

my 3yr old daughter has been getting short breath at night, previously we took her to hospital 4months back to be pneubolised, then last month i did it at home, now she has no cold or fever and is experiencing this when she sleeps what coiuld this be?

This is almost certainly due to asthma. She is having the typical night time episodes of asthma. She should be seen by a paediatrician with experience in treating children with asthma. Very effective treatment is available for treating asthma in children.
