heat

evening. My daughters room is excessively hot at night. She is asthmatic and sixteen months old. What is the best way to cool it down? We live in jhb

If possible the best way to do this would be to open her window. Children with asthma do not like to be in very cold rooms either so air conditioners are not always the solution. Ordinary fans tend to blow dust around and recirculate this dust
