My daughter complains about headaches every afternoon. She is 6 years old. Her nose is not blocked and every year if she goes for a checkup I also do the standard blood tests, and it is always clear.

Of course we always need to take notice when a young child like your daughter complains about having a headache virtually every afternoon. Afternoon headaches are often due to sinus infection, but you mention that her nose is clear. Another possibility is migraine headache. In any case it is absolutely necessary that she is seen by a paediatrician
about this complaint. There are also other causes of headaches in children that need to be excluded.
