grey stool

Good day

My baby just pee a grey stool she went for 6weeks immunisation on Friday 26 August and today she had a grey poo very smelly.I breastfeed her and give her formular (nan) when i dont have milk.

Must I be worried

A grey colour in a baby's stool is usually due to iron in the diet. It is possible that the iron supplement in the NAN formula is the cause of this. There is no need for concern.
