Q.

Green stools

Hi Doc,

You replied on post (30/06) about rash my little girl has and you mentioned she might have seborrhoea. We took her to her Paed last wednesday and he confirmed she has seborrhoea and prescribed loccoid credo and Kez. We started using on the same day and the rash seems to be disappearing.

Two days ago she started passing green often smelly stools. Does this has anything to do with the above cream and shampoo?

She also farts a lot and we mention to the Paed and said we need not to worry. We thought she was allergic to the formula. She is on Nan 1 since she was born and never had the green stools. She is now 5 weeks old.

Many thanks
Concerned Dad

You do not need to be concerned about your baby's stools which are normal as long as they are not watery and very loose.Thank you for letting me know about your baby's seborrhoea. The treatment will not affect her stools in any way.
