My 10week old baby has been having green poo for the last week, it used to be mustard yellow but now green. i was on antibiotics for mastitis 2 weeks ago. bby is on formula s26 gold 90% and 10% breastmilk- Have started weaning. should i be worried?
The clinic mentioned that green stools should be monitoted that there could be too much lactose ingested?

This is probably not due to a lactose intolerance but may be related to your recent use of antibiotics. Antibiotics readily pass into your breast milk and may affect your baby. It would be a good idea to give your baby a short course of a good probiotic such as Reuterina infant drops 5 drops daily for 5 days.
