getting rid of the dummy

hi my little one is 2 and a half and i dont know when and how i should get rid of the dummy

Your daughter will get rid of her dummy by herself. You could try and hide her dummy and if she looks for it give it back to her fom time to time. There is no need to be too concerned and the more you actually try to remove her dummy the more determined she will become to keep wanting it. So the main thing is to ignore her dummy sucking as much as you can and she will just stop on her own.
