Q.

German Measles?

My little boy had a very snotty nose / cold / cough for about a while and then got a bit of a temp but nothing major like 39.9 or something in the early afternoon.

I then saw that night that he has come out in a rash, on his face a bit, his neck, his chest and his back. It is individual little red dots.

I just want to confirm that this could be german measles?

Your son [no age given] has probably been immunised against german measles-if he has had the MMR immmunisation at 15 months. This illness sounds like it is Roseola or 'baby measles'. Once the rash appears your son's fever will settle and after about 2 days the rash should disappear.
