gastro eneritis

my children keep on getting gastro eneritis i dont know why please help

This is quite a complicated question. It is possible that your children are being repeatedly infected especially by viruses which cause gastroenteritis. If they are at a creche they may possibly be infected by eating food or drinking formula that is not hygienically prepared. Another common cause of repeated episodes of diarrhoea is lactose intolerance. This is not an infection but is a problem with digesting the natural milk sugar called lactose in milk. This is usually a temporary problem in young children and may follow a gastro infection.Stopping all milk and dairy products and substituting with soya usually helps a lot.
