Q.

Fussy eater

Hi there
My LB is 7 months old and only eats porridge. He refuses to eat mashed/ pureed veggies like carrots, butternuts, etc.
He gags everytime I try to feed him.
Is there anything I can do to encourage him to eat.

Do not be concerned. This is very common.Let your son continue to enjoy his porridge and you should introduce apple or pear as well which he should eat without a problem. Then try and introduce one vegetable at a time especally pumpkin or butternut. He may prefer the vegetables in bottles such as the Purity range.Just be patient and he will start eating more and more.
