Q.

Fungal infection on breast

For a few years I have had light brown spots on my breast. The spots grew over the years. Last year, my GP recommended that I use and anti-fungal cream on the spots. The spots went aware after a few weeks after using the cream. The brown spots have started returning (close to the areola) - the spots are not very big, probably the size of 5 punched holes. I am concerned that the spots will affect my soon to be baby, which I will be breastfeeding (as the baby'  s mouth will be in contact with it). Is this something to be worried about? Should I use Lamasil cream so long to take it away? Is Lamasil safe during pregnancy?

(The Paed on Health24 recommended that I get your advice on this as this should be treated).
