Q.

Frozen food

My son is now almost 22 mths. I work full time and prepare his meals the night before so i can re-heat quickly for him. Since he is at creche, and they provide fresh-cooked meals for breakfast and lunch, I need to only prepare supper during the week. I often use frozen mixed vegetables. Is this nutritious enough for him?
Also, I still give him a bottle at night before bed, when would be advisable to stop the night bottle?
Many thanks.

If your son is growing well and is happy then there appears to be no need for concern. Your son is getting two balanced meals at the creche daily. He seems happy to have his bottle at bedtime still. He should stop at about 2 years. Try him with a cup of milk at bedtime instead of the bottle when he is two years old.
