Q.

From bottle to cup

Just another quick question....when is it recommended to switch from bottle to sippy cup? I have one of those cups with the handles and lid. I am just not sure when the best time is to transition my little one on to this for her milk. Any tips in this regard too? As in how to help my little one get used to the change etc.

Although you could start as early as 7 to 9 months, it is usually recommended that you should wait to a year. Most babies learn quite quickly how to drink from a sippy cup. They need to learn how to hold the cup and how to tip it slightly. You will find a lot of information about how to introduce your baby to a sippy cup by looking on Google.
