Q.

fresh milk vs formula

my son is now 22 months old and he has a bottle of nido before he goes to bed and one on awakening. should i continue on the nido or should i switch to fresh milk? which is better for him?
he is about 9.8 kgs and very small built although he eats well.

Your little boy's weight is well below the average for his age [which is 12kg!]. He does not need the Nido any more but can have regular full cream cow's milk.I am concerned about your son's weight as he is so far below the average now. Has he been checked by a doctor?

yes he has been checked since it was of great concern to me too! apparently its because he is rather active(?). please can you advise on what i could do to make him gain some weight?
