Q.

Formula milk?

9 wk baby - cramps &  flatulence on NAN, changed to Novolac AC - cramps better, but severe skin rash. Changed to Novolac HA - rash better, but cramps back. Should I try soy based formula?

Your baby does appear to have a definite cow's milk allergy. Your baby is very young still and it would be preferable to keep him/her on a low allergy formula rather than going to a soya formula now. Try Similac Alimentum and see how your baby tolerates this formula. It is quite expensive and this may be a problem. If you are unable to continue with the Similac alimentum then change to a soya formula such as Isomil1.
