Q.

formula for 2 year old

Hi, my 2 year old daughter is on Nan3. I know I can stop giving her formula and switch to cow''s milk now, but she really enjoys it. Is it okay for me to carry on giving her Nan3 or should I switch to Nido ? She has a bottle when going to sleep (175 mls) and sometimes wakes up in the night (bet 11pm-2am) and I give her 100/125 mls, and she falls asleep after that. She very seldom wants a bottle in the morning but if she does I give her 100mls. Is this too much milk ? Will it harm her teeth ?

The NAN 3 formula will not harm your lillte girl's teeth. You can continue on the NAN 3 to the age of 3 years if you wish.
