Do not pull you baby son's foreskin back. When you bath him just gently wash his penis with a soft washcloth and use a mild baby soap.

Thank you for this information, after I had a baby I was told by the nurse to bath my son like that.

Hi,

You do not need to retract your son' s foreskin when you wash or clean him. Simply wipe his penis as you would a finger.

His foreskin is currently ' bonded'  to the glans to protect the glans and inner foreskin. By forcing a retraction you will cause irritation, infection and may cause damage.

The white stuff will flush out every time your son urinates. As urine is sterile, it will keep the narrow opening of the tip clean.
