Q.

Foreskin

My 2yr old''s foreskin has not developed properly. Should I have him circumcised? I am concerned that he will develop insecurities about the fact that he looks different to other boys.

As long as your son can wee normally there is usually no need for concern. His foreskin is almost certain to grow normally over the next 3 years or so.

Boys are born with foreskins and with most boys his age are intact. Circumcision will also make him feel different.
Leave what he has and allow him to make this decision for himself when he has reached the ability to give informed consent.
