Q.

Food for 5 month old

Dear Doc
My baby will be six months in two weeks. He is a healthy baby. I started him on rice cereal (mixed with breast milk) in the evenings four weeks ago and added maize cereal for breakfast two weeks ago. I now want to start giving him vegetables for lunch and would like to know when I can start giving him yoghurt?

You can start him on vegetables or a little apple and pear. No yoghurt yet.
