Q.

Food at 8 months

What guideline can I use for feeding my 8 month old? How many food meals and how many milk feeds should he have? He weighs 8.7kg' s. He has 200ml milk when he wakes up and before he goes to bed. Then he has 150ml mid-morning and mid-afternoon. He also has cereal in between his two morning milk feeds and he has mashed veggies in between his afternoon and evening bottle. He has a snack when we get home from work, ie fruit or custard (the Purity ones) or sometimes Kiri cheese. I' d like to start giving him food for dinner, but dont'  know if I should first give him his food or his 200ml bottle? He' s been waking up at night so don' t know if I need to feed him differently or not?
