Dr my son is having mild diarhea like once a day but too much and I also realised that it''s always after giving him purity mabele but he''s been eating it for the past few months and he was okay but suddenly it surprises me that when he eats something differnt then he does not have the diahrea is it possible that he can suddenly react to the mabele food....thank u

Yes this is exactly how an allergy or an intolerance to a food develops. The reaction does not occur immediately but may take several exposures to the food before the reaction occurs. You have been very observant and have identified Mabele which is a sorghum based cereal as causing diarrhoea when given to your baby.
