Q.

Flying home from hospital

After the birth of the twins they would need to fly 2hrs home from the hospital.

Are there any special precautions or cause for concern about flying with babies so young? Could their ears suffer any permanent damage?

Thanks in advance

It is not usually advisable for newborn infants to fly unless it is absolutely necessary. If your need for them to fly is essential then make sure that both infants are sucking during take off and when the plane starts to descend. landing
