flu over and over

hi all
my son is almost 15 months. he started creche last month. a week later he got a serious flu, Dr said it was sinus infection, gave him antibiotics.he stayed home until he finished his meds and went back to school on the 18th. this past Friday he started with the sneezing and caughing again. i' m becoming helpless looking at his little body feeling miserable and i don' t think he should go on antibiotics again or can he?
his one eye started becoming red Sat morning and on Sunday it was the two eyes. i got him an ointment OTC last night and this morning he couldn' t even open his eyes(shut together by the yellow stuff) now i hear they are also teary. his teacher told me they were playing on sand Friday afternoon could this be the reason or could he be having an allergy? i tried creche guard but he wants to throw it up everytime i give him. please advice what i should give him for eyes, runny nose and cough. or should i go consult again? please help

Your baby has the typical problems seen in many children who attend a creche. In fact this kind of problem is known as the 'creche syndrome' where children get repeated infections like this. It would be in your child's best interests to remove him from the creche and to keep him at home with a child minder or to ask his granny to look after him.
