Flu injection

Prof, can I take my little 3 year old for her flu injection when she has a post nasal drip?

Just to add to HMom''s post. I would like to take my 2.5 year old for the Flu Injection as the Pead said he is showing signs of asthma - but why am I reading that so many people actually get the flu worse after the injection?
