Q.

Flu

My 11 months old boy''s anus is reddish &  have some small pimple like. I was told that it''s because he had flu. What can I use for it or it will heal naturally. He doesn''t seem to have a problem when passing stools &  he doesn''t cry &  he has normal stools regularly.

This is not due to flu, but may be due to fruit juice or acid foods in your baby's diet. Stop all fruit and fruit juice. Apply Bepanthen cream to the area around his anus with every nappy change. After a few days you can give him apple or pear again but no fruit juice.
