Your doctor prescribed antibiotics for an illness caused by a virus. Antibiotics should not be used for viral illnesses. There is no need to test your son for Swine flu.His temperature is already down. Treat him by using Panado when needed for fever, give him plenty to drink and see that he does not exercise while he still has any flu symptoms.Give him a probiotic to counteract the adverse effects of the antibiotic.
