Q.

Flu

My son of 2½  years are constantly sick, I had him at the doctor at the beginning of the month, he finished his whole course of antibiotics as well as the flu medication. He still has a cough at night and a bit of a runny nose. I have only been given him his vitamins lately, because I don' t want to take him to the dr again because they always just give antibiotics. Am I doing the right thing? And wondering, almost every time I take him his tonsils are swollen, could this be why stays ill?

Your son is having repeated viral infections which is very common in this age group especially in children who attend a creche. Please see my reply to a similar question above.
