Try your baby on Lactogen2 formula which should help for his constipation. If he is still constipated once on Lactogen then let me know. Your baby should still be protected against chicken pox if you had chicken pox as a child. There is no need to take your daughter to a doctor if she is a healthy little girl.Your baby has separation anxiety. He needs to be constantly reassured and needs a good hug before you leave in the mornings and when you get home again. His sleeping pattern is excellent especially at night.
