Fine rash around baby`s eyes

Good morning-I need some advice. My LO is 5 months old and is in the prime stage of teething. She has developed some kind of fine rash (very small pimples) around her eyes,on the skin more along the inside (nosebone) area and at the bottom of her eyes-in the morning it`s red, during the day it her skin colour and come night time it`s red again. It seems to irritate her alot cse she rubs her eyes constantly. There doesn`t seem to be any kind of inflammation on the inside lids or the eyeball.

Does this rash have anything to do with teething? Is there something I can get from the chemist to treat this.Thank you.

This sounds like a temporary rash called milia which is common in babies of this age.The rash will soon clear up by itself. Do not put any creams or ointments on your baby's rash.
