Fever in a 10 month old baby

Hi,

My 10 month old baba woke up with a 38.6 fever this morning. She then proceeded to vomit her milk out. I have given her various meds and pain killers, but nothing has helped. She has started coughing, she had 1 runny poo nappy and her nose is running continuously. Her eyes are also concerning, the 1 is sort of running and the other started with going redder and redder from the corner (looks like popped veins). She is drinking very little but still eats well. I tried to get a doc appointment but everyone is fully booked. Is there anything I can do?

You do need to have your baby seen by a doctor as she is ill. Please take her to an after hours facility so that she can be seen.
