Q.

Fever

My 19 month old daughter has had a fever since Tuesday morning, have been controlling it with empaped and ponstan suppositories. She has only got a fever, there are no other signs of illness as yet. I would like to know how long do I wait before taking her to the doctor with a fever?

There is always a reason for a child to have a high fever. One of the most important causes of a high fever in a little girl of this age is a urinary system infection. It would be best to take your daughter to be seen by your doctor.
