Feet 4 yr old

My girl, 4yr, has a slightly inverted right foot - by that I mean the foot is straight and she runs/walks fine, it''s just it tends to " lean"  inwards
Should I be worried ?

This is rather odd as you say her right foot turns in when she stands but it is straight when she walks. She may just be rather flat footed. It is important that she wears shoes with good arch supports. Also help her to strengthen her foot arches by letting her sit on a chair and getting her to pick up pencils from the floor with her toes. Do this exercise every day for at least one month. If you see no improvement it would be a good idea to ask a physiotherapist to see her and give an opinion about her right foot

My son also nearly 4 also has this, only when they stand you can see the feet, rather the ankle, that leans inwards
