Fatigue in 10 year old

I have a 10 year old daughter that is complaining of fatigue. We are giving her Lifegain as a supplement. Currently it seems that she does not have strenght in her arms during sport. What can it be?? I am really getting worried and can I take her to a pediatrician or is she to old??

Paediatrician

I am always concerned when a child complains about being tired all the time. The most common cause in a girl of 10 years would be anaemia but other causes must be looked for as well. She is not too old to be seen by a paediatrician.
