Your 2 year old son seems to have rather severe eczema which is not responding to the safer forms of treatment for eczema. You can use the Advantan on his rash but only once day and not on his face or neck.Continue to apply the Epimax especially after you bath him.Do not use any soaps when bathing him. He must only wear cotton clothing. If his rash does not improve within 10 days you should take your son to see a skin specialist.
