Q.

Eye problem

My daughter 3yrs has a pimple on the lower part of her eye , whivh has been there for a long time almost 6mnths

It hasn''t bothered her and it''s not sore The dr suggested to remove it by operation , this would be done in his surgery.

I am worried it might affect her eye sight if it grows any bigger , and would be the correct specialist to consult, cause some say a dermatoligist or an optician.

This pimple or lump on your daughter's lower eyelid is probably a 'meibomium cyst' It would be best to see an ophthalmologist [eye specialist] about this.
