Q.

extracnitg baby teeth at 16 months?

Due to bottle caried, my dentist referred me to wits dental dept and said baby''s 2 front teeth mst be extracted? Will i tbe safe? My medical aid does not cover it.

This will be safe as such but you need to be completely certain that your toddler's teeth really need to be extracted.The milk teeth act as a stimulus for the development of the permanent teeth which will come through at about 7 years.It would be worthwhile seeing a dentist and worth the cost as well to be sure that this extraction is necessary at such a young age.
