Topivate is a very strong cortisone cream which is not allowed to be used for infants and young children. You should not use Topivate in any form to treat your toddler's eczema. Please take your little girl back to the paediatrician and request the he/she give you a safe ointment or cream to use. In the meantime only use a moisturiser such as Epimax Junior on her skin after you bath your little girl.
