Q.

Enough nutrition?

My baby' s 22 months old. I used to give him NIDO 1, but lately I can' t afford it. Is it absolutely crucial that he still drink it? I feel bad that maybe I' m depriving him. But I give him multivitamins and we eat lots of veggies and fruit daily in addition to poultry and rice/pap.

There is no need for your toddler to still be on Nido especially with his good diet. He can have full cream milk instead.
