Q.

Eczema epimax is not working

What cream can I use on my 13 month old daughter''s eczema if epimax isn''t working? She has the eczema on her cheeks, arms &  legs. How long do these creams take to work?

Epimax is a very effective moisturiser for use in eczema in children. Sometimes the rash is too severe for the Epimax to be able to help. Then it may be necessary to use a mild cortisone ointment for a few days to clear the rash. This ointment also needs to be safe for use on a baby's face. Try Mylocort Ointment and apply this twice a day until the rash clears up, then stop and only use as needed from then on. Continue to moisturise your baby's skin with the Epimax after bathing.
