Q.

Eczema

Hello Doc.

M daughter is 13 months and she has a rash around her eyes, and a patch on her cheek. What can I apply on this. She also rubs it alot.

I have been using fragrance free cream but it does not help. What can I give her for the itchiness, I know allecet and texa is not for her age group.

Your baby daughter does appear to have eczema. Clear her rash first by using a very mild cortisone cream called Mylocort. This is applied once day for a few days. After that keep her skin well moisturised with Epimax junior used especially after her bath.
