Hi Doc,

Please advise, my LG is suffering from Eczema and she' s allergetic to dairy products since she was 3months and she' s now 14months, i feed her Infacare Soya . I' m currently using EpiMax for mouisrurising and bathing, but sometimes it become worse and use Advantan cream and she bocome much better within 2 days. I wonder if i can rely on the Advantan cream as the results are quicker, or is it going to damage my baby' s skin as sh' s still sensitive.

Another thing is that she' s too tinny but she loves food. At her age she suppossed to eat almost everything but i can' t feed her, as most of the food have cow milk, like yoghurt i don' t know which one to give.

I' m still breastfeeding, i' m not sure what to eat myself for her sake.

As you are still breastfeeding your baby this makes things a lot easier because of her cow's milk allergy. She can have soya products in place of dairy such as soya yoghurt and the Infacare soya insted of cow's milk. You do not need to restrict your own diet except do not eat eggs or peanuts while you are stilll breastfeeding. Concentrate on moisturising her skin with Epimax especially after bathing. Try and apply Epimax twice a day. Do not use the Advantan on her face or neck.
