Q.

Eating Eggs- pls help !

My son is 2 years and 9 months. He likes eating boilet eggs. Now how much is to much to eat? Is it ok that he eats say 2/3 boiled eggs at a time ??

Hi

If you feed your child free range or the omega brand, you can give him an egg a day. I recommend you read Patrick Holfords Optimum Nutrtion for children.

I think that is too much cholestorol. 2 or 3 eggs a week would be ok.
