My son (9) years old and his sister (4) years are not eating well. Actually food is not their favourite, they prefer snacks. I supplemented multivitamins seems is not working. What can I do to help them. And one more thing is it right to cleanse the stomach or must I wait for it to cleanse itself.

There is no need to give any medicines to clean your children's stomachs. It is unusual that both of your children do not eat well. The first thing you need to do is not to give them any snacks especially chips and sweets and chocolates.Offer them healthy foods. Try to find out what they will eat.If you write to our 'Parenting Forum' on Health24.You will get good advice from other parents who have had experience with this problem. If your children's appetites do not improve try using an appetite stimulant for children called Longifene Syrup. Speak to your pharmacist about the Longifene.
